At JP Morgan's Private Bank office in Pasadena, we have an incredible team of private bankers who are dedicated to serving their clients. We lead with advice. We really want to spend more time listening to our clients' needs than telling them our views or what we know. The more we listen, the better we understand what they're trying to achieve, the better we're able to leverage the resources of the entire firm of JP Morgan and help guide them and their family to make good financial decisions.

The reason I love being in Pasadena is I-- my family lives here. They go to school here, my kids play here. This is our community. And when you have something great that you want to show the world, you want to bring it to your community. And bringing this office to Pasadena allows me to take care of the people that I care about.

Everyone on this team has a different story. If you went down our floor and talked to the 20 different people on the floor, they're going to have a different reason why they're here and a community that's important to them. And they're going to bring those community members along for the ride.

We really took our time building this team, building this office, and we're thrilled to share it with everybody. So we hope everybody in the community comes in and sees us. Pasadena is such a great city. We have so much going on. We have an incredible amount of nonprofits, institutions of higher learning, cultural events, and the people who've made this community are ones that we are just honored to work with.

JP Morgan is getting involved in the community on a first-hand basis. We are making financial commitments to the community. We're involved with the Rose Bowl, with the Huntington, and many of the bankers in the office, including myself, are getting involved with local boards and actually spending the time to actually give back to the local community, not just saying that they're doing it. So that makes you feel great.

I think one of the special things about this Pasadena office is that we have so much diversity, and we have diversity across age, experience, ethnicity, whatever it may be. And I think this is very important because when connecting with clients from different backgrounds, we always have someone in the office that has some shared experience which we can bring them to the meeting, or I can just piggyback off them and pick their brain and see how I may better connect to a prospect or client that comes from that shared experience.

With JP Morgan Private Bank in Pasadena, we're all working very hard to deliver the best client outcome. We're genuinely interested in helping families succeed financially. Not only that, we help clients transition their hard-earned wealth from one generation to the next, teach their children how to protect their family assets, helping clients set up family foundations and donor-advised funds, advise clients on presale planning and postsale asset management. It is not just a day job. We genuinely want to help clients and make a positive impact to the family.

My favorite part of walking in the door every day, and I'm working at this place, is getting to solve complex problems for my clients. I get to bring the global resources of JP Morgan to my community, and I get to do it with people that I care about. There's nothing like winning with your team and your clients together, and I get to do that every day.
