My name is Stephanie Khalef-Wassmer, and I’m an Investment Advisor at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. I have a deep passion for financial markets, gender diversity and empowerment. I’m also proud to co-chair the Private Bank’s U.K. Women & Wealth strategy. In these roles, I advocate for changing perceptions in financial services and strive to enhance our engagement with women.

As a mother of two young children, I need to find ways to stay energised. My matcha tea gives me the boost to start my day. From there, I interact with various clients and colleagues. Their talent, drive and dedication keep me motivated.
