How to switch to paperless statements and documents
Receive documents for your accounts online instead of through the U.S. mail. Going Paperless can help you stay organized and receive your information more quickly.
When you upgrade to paperless, you’ll still be able to view, download, print, and even share your documents online. You can adjust your paperless settings at any time through J.P. Morgan OnlineSM or the J.P. Morgan Mobile® app.1
Keep in mind that you may still receive some important account information via U.S. mail. Also note that documents are electronically retained online for up to seven years, and retention periods vary based on document type.

You can update your preferences anytime by checking the box next to the document type in your paperless settings. To resume receiving documents in the mail, uncheck the box. It may take until your next statement for your new preferences to take effect.

You can choose paperless for all eligible accounts. If you don’t see an account listed, it may not be eligible for paperless delivery, or you may not be authorized to update its paperless preferences, or your account is hidden.
