Vice Chairman and Global Head of Morgan Private Ventures J.P. Morgan Private Bank
John Duffy is a Vice Chairman of J.P. Morgan Private Bank and Global Head of Morgan Private Ventures. In this role, Mr. Duffy is focused on servicing the needs of many of the largest and most sophisticated clients of J.P. Morgan Private Bank, with a particular focus on strategic advice for family investment offices and their operating companies. Through Morgan Private Ventures, John and his team provide institutional level access for families to direct Private Equity Investment opportunities.
Mr. Duffy previously served as CEO of the U.S. Private Bank. He is a member of the Global Wealth Management Operating Committee, the senior leadership group responsible for strategic matters within the Wealth Management division. Mr. Duffy has also served as the Vice Chairman of the U.S. Private Bank, Head of the Private Bank’s Northeast Investment business, and as Regional Head of the West Coast Private Banking Business. Early in his career, he held leadership positions in the Corporate & Investment Bank. He has been with J.P. Morgan since 1982.
Mr. Duffy is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and New York University, Stern School of Business.
