Managing Director, Head of the Endowments & Foundations Chief Investment Office
Evan Grace, CFA®, is a Managing Director based in London. He serves as the Head of the Endowments & Foundations Chief Investment Office. In his role, Evan oversees the development and management of IPB CIO discretionary multi-asset portfolios, catering to various risk and liquidity profiles. His responsibilities include tactical asset allocation, vehicle selection, and equity research and strategy for Endowment & Foundation portfolios. He is an active member of the Wealth Management Global Investment Council, the Long Term Capital Market Assumptions (LTCMA) Committee, and the EMEA Solutions Leadership Team. He chairs the IPB Investment Council.
Evan joined J.P. Morgan in 2016, bringing over 20 years of capital markets experience. He has a comprehensive background in global tactical asset allocation, manager selection, and portfolio management. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Evan was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Wellington Management in London, where he established a team to design and manage a suite of multi-asset class portfolios across various risk profiles and investment guidelines. Prior to that, he served as an Asset Allocation Portfolio Manager and Strategist for Wellington Management in Boston, where he developed and implemented multi-asset class strategies, including bespoke varieties. Evan began his career in quantitative equity research and portfolio management at State Street Research and Management Company in Boston.
Evan holds an M.A. in Economics from Brown University and a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from Union College. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).
