Olivier Lanot
Olivier Lanot is an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and leads the EMEA Deposits and International Custody practices. He advises ultra-high-net-worth clients on J.P. Morgan’s cash management solutions and custody capabilities to help them meet their liquidity needs, as well as safeguard and service their investments.
Olivier joined J.P. Morgan in 2010 as Legal Entity Controller of the Swiss Private Bank, in charge of the financial and local regulatory reporting, such as Basel III capital adequacy reporting, to the Swiss National Bank. Olivier then transitioned to the Treasury department, where he helped implement the liquidity reporting under Basel III across all of J.P. Morgan Private Bank’s international banking entities. His role evolved over time, leading him to oversee the International Private Bank’s Treasury desk, focusing on balance sheet management, fund transfer pricing, and deposit and lending pricing analytics. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, he served as a Financial Services Auditor at PwC and qualified as a chartered accountant during his five-year tenure.
Olivier earned a master’s degree in Finance from Audencia Business School, and fluently speaks French, English and German. Married with one daughter, Olivier is passionate about helping working families find the right balance between pursuing interesting careers and taking care of loved ones. He likes to practice water sports such as rowing and swimming, and is a food and wine enthusiast.
