
Mohamed is responsible for strengthening coverage of Financial Sponsors, including private equity and venture capital clients. He spearheads the firm’s efforts to harness expanding international opportunities within the fund sector. This encompasses areas including fund banking, fund finance, GP coinvestments, and private banking for partners.
In addition, Mohamed is responsible for shaping and advancing our growth strategy across the United Arab Emirates and the wider region. Working with business leaders and stakeholders across the firm, he leads on ways to build our market share. In this role, he partners with business leaders and key stakeholders to explore new, innovative methods for increasing both our presence and market influence in this pivotal area.
Most recently, Mohamed was Co-Head of J.P. Morgan Private Client for the firm’s Consumer & Community Bank in San Francisco. During the First Republic acquisition, he led the heritage teams as they navigated the complex integration while shaping the foundation and core value proposition for J.P. Morgan Private Client. Mohamed brings more than 20 years of experience in team leadership, market development, client coverage, lending and strategy. He is passionate about helping underserved communities thrive through education and serving on the boards of a number educational nonprofit organizations
