Diane Debiais leads the Investments & Advice Team for the Swiss Market. In her role, Diane leads a team of professionals focused on serving the investment needs of ultra-high-net-worth individuals. As part of her role, Diane is focused on deepening client relationships, recruiting and developing talent, and driving innovation and digital advancement in our investment offerings.
Diane's career at JPMorgan began as an intern at the Private Bank Suisse in Geneva. She then spent 17 years in London within the Commercial & Investment Bank, including 14 years in Markets, where she distributed Fixed Income products to Swiss Institutional clients. During the last six years in that role, she successfully managed the team, which prepared her for her internal mobility and relocation to Geneva. In February 2023, Diane joined the Private Bank as a Senior Investor, focusing on the Swiss onshore market. She collaborates with the largest and most sophisticated clients, understanding their goals and implementing Strategic Asset Allocation through tailored solutions.
Diane is passionate about mentoring junior colleagues, helping them recognize their potential and build confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys cold water swimming, golf, and running. Diane is a mother to three boys.
Diane is multilingual, speaking French (native), English (full professional), German (elementary), and Italian (elementary).
