About Us

Anton Kerkenezov

Head of EMEA Credit Strategy

Anton Kerkenezov is the EMEA Head of Credit Strategy and is based in the London Office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank, covering global clients.

Anton is responsible for advising the bank’s sophisticated clients, including wealthy families in Investment Grade Corporate, Financials, High Yield and Emerging Market investment strategies. He advises clients on the implementation of their Fixed Income allocations, delivering asset class outlooks, individual trades ideas and themes, helping wealth management clients achieve their investment goals. In his role, Anton creates and maintains investment ideas and lists, while driving client and advisor engagement on macro and credit views.

Anton began his career in finance at Aviva Investors where he spent 8 years managing Emerging Market Fixed Income portfolios, before moving to Pictet Asset Management in a similar role. Most recently, Anton oversaw $2.5bn of fixed income assets and was responsible for setting the investment direction of portfolios, designing the portfolio construction process and was instrumental in bottom-up idea generation and implementation.

Anton graduated from Surrey University with a 1st class degree in Economics and is a CFA Charter holder. He lives in London with his wife and two daughters.
