Richard Kalfayan is a Market Manager at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in New Jersey. Alma DeMetropolis is a Market Manager for J.P. Morgan Private Bank in New Jersey. Ms. DeMetropolis and her team advise clients on a range of wealth management strategies and address the complex wealth planning and balance sheet needs of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, endowments and foundations across New Jersey. She is also the Chairperson of the New Jersey Market Leadership Team.

Jennifer Solimine is the Investment Team Lead for J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Greenwich, Connecticut. Ms. Solimine helps clients throughout Connecticut address the complexities of sustaining wealth. Ms. Brecker earned both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and an M.B.A. from Duke University. She resides with her husband Jon Yenor and three sons in Riverside, Connecticut.

Kelly Coffey is Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. Private Bank, one of the largest providers of wealth management services with 64 markets across the country and more than $500 billion in client assets. Prior to joining the Private Bank in 2012, Ms. Coffey spent 23 years at J.P. Morgan Investment Bank, where she most recently led the Diversified Industries Banking team, covering clients in the automotive, transportation, industrials, aerospace and defense sectors. She also chaired J.P. Morgan’s Reputation Risk Committee in North America and led the Investment Bank’s Women’s Network, which focuses on developing and promoting women at the firm.

Ms. Coffey held a variety of leadership positions at the Investment Bank, including Head of Equity, FX & Interest Rate Derivatives Marketing, and Co-Head of Corporate Finance Advisory in North America. The Corporate Finance Advisory group works with clients on ratings advisory, capital structure and risk management, M&A structuring, equity and credit-linked market solutions. She began her career in Mergers & Acquisitions and spent six years working in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and French from Lafayette College and holds an M.S.F.S. in International Business and Foreign Service from Georgetown University. Ms. Coffey sits on the Board of Directors for the Marymount School and the Knowledge Is Power Program (KIPP), a public charter school in New York City.

She lives in New York City with her husband and daughter.

John Duffy is Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. Private Bank at J.P. Morgan, responsible for overseeing one of the largest providers of wealth management services with more than $500 billion in client assets. He is a member of the J.P. Morgan Private Bank Operating Committee, the senior leadership group responsible for strategic matters within the Private Bank.

Mr. Duffy was previously the Vice Chairman of the U.S. Private Bank and Head of the Private Bank’s Northeast Investment business. As Vice Chairman of the U.S. Private Bank, he sat on the Private Bank Investment Strategy Committee, the Investment Review Committee, the Global Investment Leadership team and the Private Bank Executive Committee. Prior to that, Mr. Duffy led the Private Bank’s Western region, the Private Client Brokerage business for North and South America, and early in his career held leadership positions at the Corporate and Investment Bank. Additionally, he held the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan Trust Company, N.A. He has been with J.P. Morgan since 1982.

Mr. Duffy is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and New York University, Stern School of Business. He is a former Trustee of Xavier High School, a Jesuit educational institution. Mr. Duffy previously served as Vice Chairman to the Investment Committee of the Westchester Putnam Council Boy Scouts of America.
