Mitchell Wonboy is the Investment Team Lead for J.P. Morgan Private Bank in New Jersey. Richard Kalfayan is a Market Manager at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in New Jersey. In his current role, he works with a team of specialists to advise high-net-worth individuals, foundations and senior executives on asset allocation, portfolio construction, equities, fixed income and alternative investments, helping them to sustain and grow wealth over time. Mr. Kalfayan specializes in options strategy and derivative markets.
Mr. Kalfayan joined J.P. Morgan in 1989 and the Private Bank in 2006. Until recently, he had been the Investment Team Leader for the New Jersey market. Prior to that, Mr. Kalfayan was a Product Specialist in the J.P. Morgan Equity Derivatives Group, marketing a variety of strategies to the firm’s Private Bank clients. He was also a Senior Trader on the Equity Derivative Group’s Finance Desk, focusing on equity swap and forward contracts.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Richard Stockton College. He resides in Marlboro, New Jersey, with his wife Denise and two children Katie and Jake.
Alma DeMetropolis is a Market Manager and Investment Specialist for J.P. Morgan Private Bank in New Jersey. Additionally, she is the President of the New Jersey Market Leadership Team. She has been advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, endowments and foundations on a broad range of wealth matters and managing investment portfolios since 1996.
In addition to her extensive experience with U.S.-based clients, Ms. DeMetropolis has had international wealth management and investment portfolio management experience, having worked with the Private Bank’s Latin American clients in Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Venezuela. She has also worked on foreign assignments in London, Madrid, Paris and Zurich with the firm’s Global Markets business since joining J.P. Morgan in 1992.
As part of her interest in local, nonprofit organizations, Ms. DeMetropolis is Vice Chair and serves on the boards of the Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, the New Providence Education Foundation, and the Community Food Bank of New Jersey. In the fall of 2014, she was appointed to Cornell University’s Dean’s Advisory Council. Previous volunteering commitments have included: PENCIL Partner with elementary school PS 198 in Brooklyn, New York, which connected business leaders with New York City public schools (2009–2013); Big Brothers, Big Sisters in Newark, New Jersey (2011–2014), and coaching youth basketball teams for 10 years.
Ms. DeMetropolis holds a B.S. from Cornell University. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst ® and member of the CFA® Institute and New York Society of Security Analysts. Ms. DeMetropolis was recognized as a Top 100 Financial Adviser by the Financial Times in 2014 and by NJBIZ as one of the Best Fifty Women in Business for 2012. She is fluent in Spanish and Greek, and currently resides in New Providence, New Jersey, with her two children.
Jennifer Solimine is the Investment Team Lead for J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Greenwich, Connecticut. Ms. Solimine helps clients throughout Connecticut address the complexities of sustaining wealth. Working with a team of specialists, she provides customized, ongoing guidance regarding asset allocation, brokerage plans and current market opportunities in order to help clients reach their financial goals.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 1999, Ms. Solimine managed a domestic equity mutual fund at Nomura Asset Management. She also worked at Neuberger Berman doing both research and marketing.

Kelly Coffey is Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan U.S. Private Bank, one of the largest providers of wealth management services with more than $650 billion in client assets. She is a member of the Global Wealth Management Operating Committee and also serves as the Executive Sponsor for the Asset Management Women’s Network.
Prior to joining the Private Bank, Kelly spent over 20 years at J.P. Morgan Investment Bank, where she most recently led the Diversified Industrials Investment Banking Group covering clients such as Ford and United Airlines. She held a variety of leadership positions at the Investment Bank, including Head of Equity, FX & Interest Rate Derivatives Marketing and Corporate Finance Advisory in North America. Kelly began her career in Mergers & Acquisitions and spent six years working in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She also chaired J.P. Morgan’s Reputation Risk Committee in North America and led the Investment Bank’s Women’s Network.
Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and French from Lafayette College, and holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service with a concentration in International Business from Georgetown University. Kelly is Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Marymount School, and sits on the boards of the Central Park Conservancy, and Knowledge Is Power Program (KIPP), a public charter school in New York City.
