Jean:
下午好,Will。
Will:
Jean:
Will:
按初级包装的类别来分,PET占比最大,约达50%;
Jean:
Will:
Jean:
Will:
Jean:
Jean:
Will:
Jean:
Jean:

Then inside Madison Square Garden, a large sign reads: "New York Rangers" and "Chase." Henrik, thanks so much for being here today.
Henrik:
Thank you.
Andy:
I wanted to just start off by asking you what today is all about?
Text on screen:
Henrik Lundqvist, New York Rangers.
Henrik:
Today, we are at Madison Square Garden—J.P. Morgan, Henrik Lundqvist Foundation, and New York Cares. We have great volunteers here who put together some nice packages for families. And after some work, we’re going to have some fun and go out on the ice and skate.
On screen:

Andy speaks with Henrik.
Andy:
The Henrik Lundqvist Foundation, it’s built a lot of momentum; you should be really proud of it.
Henrik:
Thank you.
Andy:
But what’s your goal with that?
Henrik:
Coming here to New York 15 years ago from Sweden, I wanted to create something on my own, an opportunity to help people here in New York but also maybe help some people back in Sweden. The focus is education and health.
On screen:
A montage shows Henrik smiling and talking with a group of young volunteers, who are making bead necklaces. Then Henrik poses for a photo with some of the volunteers.
Andy:
I’m curious if there are any key experiences that helped shape your desire to do that?
Henrik:
The first one was the strongest one. Being I think 18, 19 years old, I turned pro in Sweden. And we went to one of the Ronald McDonald Houses to meet with a family. And a few weeks later, I got a mail in the post, the kid’s mom explaining what an impact that afternoon had on their family.
On screen:
A photo montage show Henrik: posing with a group of nurses, meeting smiling young Ranger fans in wheelchairs, and releasing balloons at an activity with kids and their parents.
Henrik:
When you see where the resources are going and the change you can make with the support from the people around you, I think it’s a really cool feeling.
On screen:
In a pediatric center, Henrik visits the healthcare staff, sits with a young chemotherapy patient, and meets with and hugs young hockey fans. Next, a close-up of Andy and Henrik.
Andy:
We’ve had the privilege of working together with you as a firm. Can you talk a little bit about your relationship with J.P. Morgan?
Henrik:
You know, running a charity organization, it’s extremely important to us to have the right firm, the right people helping us, supporting us. So to have smart people around you to support you and want the same thing as you want, it’s very important.
On screen:
A montage shows Henrik shaking hands with JPMorgan Chase & Co. volunteers, talking, laughing, and taking photos with fans, and giving autographs to kids.
Andy:
Tell me a little bit about the Young Ambassadors Program. It’s so cool that you’re laying out a path for young people to get involved and learn what it’s like to give back.
Henrik:
When you do all these types of charity work, you realize the impact that young kids can have. It’s a great opportunity for them to see what’s out there and what type of difference they can make.
On screen:
A montage shows kids in the "Young Ambassadors Program" talking with Henrik, assembling gift packages, and gathering together at the Madison Square Garden ice rink. Then, a close-up of Andy and Henrik.
Andy:
What do you see the next 5 or even 10 years looking like with the foundation? I assume you’re going to continue to pursue it.
Henrik:
Hockey’s been my life since I was five, six years old. You know in 5, 10 years, I’m pretty confident that I won’t be playing hockey, and it’ll be a totally different life, different approach for me and more time to do other things. And HLF is definitely one area where I feel like I can put even more energy and focus.
On screen:
A photo montage shows Henrik talking and shaking hands with high-spirited young fans, helping two little girls skate on the ice, and standing in the Madison Square Garden rink with dozens of Henrik Lundqvist Foundation volunteers. Then, a close-up of Andy and Henrik.
Andy:
You’ve been in the league for 15 years. One of the best goalies. So what’s that like in the locker room? Are you a mentor to these younger guys who come into the league, in sports, in life, in business?
Henrik:
You need to be open-minded to learn new things, being able to adjust to what’s in front of you.
On screen:
Young men, women, children and parents enjoy ice skating with Henrik.
Henrik:
And when things go bad or tough things happen, I just try to go back to basics, work really hard. Try to spend a little extra time, extra focus to feel good about yourself, go into the next game, feel a little bit better.
On screen:
Close-up of Andy and Henrik.
Andy:
Well thanks so much for the time today, really appreciate it.
Henrik:
Thank you.

Andy and Henrik shake hands.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR INVESTMENTS AND POTENTIAL CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
Conflicts of interest will arise whenever JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. or any of its affiliates (together, “J.P. Morgan”) have an actual or perceived economic or other incentive in its management of our clients’ portfolios to act in a way that benefits J.P. Morgan. Conflicts will result, for example (to the extent the following activities are permitted in your account): (1) when J.P. Morgan invests in an investment product, such as a mutual fund, structured product, separately managed account or hedge fund issued or managed by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. or an affiliate, such as J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc.; (2) when a J.P. Morgan entity obtains services, including trade execution and trade clearing, from an affiliate; (3) when J.P. Morgan receives payment as a result of purchasing an investment product for a client’s account; or (4) when J.P. Morgan receives payment for providing services (including shareholder servicing, recordkeeping or custody) with respect to investment products purchased for a client’s portfolio. Other conflicts will result because of relationships that J.P. Morgan has with other clients or when J.P. Morgan acts for its own account.
Investment strategies are selected from both J.P. Morgan and third-party asset managers and are subject to a review process by our manager research teams. From this pool of strategies, our portfolio construction teams select those strategies we believe fit our asset allocation goals and forward-looking views in order to meet the portfolio’s investment objective.
As a general matter, we prefer J.P. Morgan managed strategies. We expect the proportion of J.P. Morgan managed strategies will be high (in fact, up to 100 percent) in strategies such as, for example, cash and high-quality fixed income, subject to applicable law and any account-specific considerations.
While our internally managed strategies generally align well with our forward-looking views, and we are familiar with the investment processes as well as the risk and compliance philosophy of the firm, it is important to note that J.P. Morgan receives more overall fees when internally managed strategies are included. We offer the option of choosing to exclude J.P. Morgan managed strategies (other than cash and liquidity products) in certain portfolios.
The Six Circles Funds are U.S.-registered mutual funds managed by J.P. Morgan and sub-advised by third parties. Although considered internally managed strategies, JPMC does not retain a fee for fund management or other fund services.

William Davies
Davies
